<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 500 g</p>
<p>Apa &#8211; 170 ml</p>
<p>Iaurt &#8211; 180 g</p>
<p>Drojdie proaspata sau uscata &#8211; 20 g sau 10 g (1 lingura)</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; 10 g (2 lingurite)</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 10 g (1 lingura)</p>
<p>Ulei &#8211; 10 ml (1 lingura)</p>
<p>Unt pentru uns turtele &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Dizolvati drojdia in cateva linguri de apa.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina si puneti deoparte 4 linguri din ea.</p>
<p>Se adauga zaharul, sarea, apa, iaurtul si la final, drojdia dizolvata.</p>
<p>Amestecati ingredientele cu mana sau cu o lingura de lemn si apoi lucrati bine aluatul inainte de a adauga orice faina suplimentara.</p>
<p>Dupa ce s-a format aluatul, adaugati treptat faina ramasa si lucrati aluatul intr-o bila.</p>

<p>Se unge aluatul cu ulei si se lasa acoperit sa se odihneasca o ora la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in 4 bucati de 220 g fiecare.</p>

<p>Formati bilutele si lasati-le acoperite 10 minute.</p>
<p>Utilizati sucitorul pentru a intinde aluatul intr-un disc cu diametrul de 25 cm</p>

<p>Puneti tigaia pe foc timp de 5 minute la temperatura ridicata pentru a se incalzi.</p>
<p>Coaceti turta in tigaia preincalzita pana cand incep sa se formeze bule la suprafata si apoi intorceti-o.</p>

<p>Dupa 30 de secunde, intoarceti inapoi.</p>
<p>Lasati painea sa se umfle si intoarceti-o inca o data pentru a face si cealalta parte crocanta.</p>
