<p>Faina de grau 500 g</p>
<p>Oua 1 buc.</p>
<p>Drojdie uscata 11 g</p>
<p>Unt 50 g</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 4 linguri</p>
<p>Zahar 2 linguri</p>
<p>Sare 0,5 lingurita</p>
<p>Galbenus de ou 1 buc.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca chefir cu ou, zahar, sare, drojdie uscata si unt topit.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat faina, framantand aluatul.</p>
<p>Adaugati ulei vegetal, amestecandu-l in aluat.</p>
<p>Se acopera aluatul cu folie alimentara si se lasa la loc caldut 2 ore.</p>
<p>Pudrati suprafata de lucru cu faina, intoarceti aluatul si impartiti-l in 10 bucati.</p>
