<p>Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>9 pulpe de pui</p>
<p>o ceapa</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita piper negru</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita ierburi italiene</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita de boia</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita de busuioc</p>
<p>250 ml kefir sau iaurt alb</p>
<p>Pentru cartofi:</p>
<p>5 cartofi</p>
<p>o eapa</p>
<p>2 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>Sare, ierburi italiene, busuioc, piper negru, piper rosu</p>
<p>150 ml kefir</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se spala si se usuca pulpele de pui.</p>
<p>Adaugati piper, sare.</p>
<p>Continuam cu ceapa tocata marunt, usturoiul zdrobit.</p>
<p>Adaugam si chefir, ardei, ierburi italiene si amestecam bine.</p>

<p>Puneti pulpele de pui pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt &#8211; aplicati restul marinadei pe suprafata carnii.</p>
<p>Curatam cartofii si ii taiem in semilune.</p>
<p>Se adauga ceapa tocata si usturoiul zdrobit.</p>
<p>Adaugam si chefirul, restul de ierburi si condimente.</p>

<p>Indoiti pe o foaie de copt si turnati marinada ramasa.</p>

<p>Puneti intr-un cuptor incalzit la 180 de grade.</p>
