<p>Ingrediente pentru prajitura cu branza de vaci:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc.;</p>
<p>stafide &#8211; 80 g;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 100 g;</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; o lingurita;</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; lingurita;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 150 g;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; un praf;</p>
<p>branza de vaci &#8211; 130 g;</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 80 g.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Punem ouale intr-un bol, turnam zahar clasic si vanilat si sare in ele, batem pana cand zaharul este complet dizolvat.</p>
<p>Topiti untul, turnati in amestecul de oua si amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Puneti branza de vaci in masa de oua, amestecati pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina si praful de copt in masa de oua, framantati aluatul.</p>
<p>Se toarna stafidele in aluat, se amesteca din nou ingredientele.</p>
<p>Ungem forma (23&#215;11 cm) cu unt, mutam aluatul acolo si il distribuim uniform pe suprafata.</p>

<p>Coacem la cuptor la 180 de grade pentru aproximativ 35-40 de minute.</p>
