<p>Ulei vegetal &#8211; 50 ml;</p>
<p>Zahar vanilinat &#8211; 10 g;</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 200 g;</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 1 lingurita.</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>Mere &#8211; 500 g;</p>
<p>Unt &#8211; 1 lingura;</p>
<p>Scortisoara &#8211; un praf;</p>
<p>Amidon de porumb &#8211; 1 lingura.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pentru aluat, amestecati ouale cu zahar, zahar vanilat, sare, branza de vaci si ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina si praful de copt in amestecul rezultat, se framanta intr-un aluat moale si elastic.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in 10 parti si formati bile.</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura, curatati merele si taiati-le in cuburi mici.</p>
<p>Topiti untul intr-o tigaie, prajiti usor merele, adaugati zahar si scortisoara.</p>
<p>Caramelizati merele in zahar, apoi adaugati amidon de porumb si amestecati.</p>

<p>Intindem aluatul in foi mici, plate, unde punem umplutura.</p>
<p>Sigilati umplutura in interiorul aluatului si puneti chiflele pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Coaceti chiflele la 170 de grade timp de 15-20 de minute.</p>
<p>Ungeti aluatul in prealabil cu lapte.</p>
