<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Cartofi 2 buc.</p>
<p>Morcov 1 buc.</p>
<p>Carne tocata de porc 300 g</p>
<p>Usturoi 1 catel</p>
<p>Sare, piper negru (macinat) si boia dupa gust</p>
<p>Sos de rosii 20 ml</p>
<p>Apa 200 ml</p>
<p>Smantana de gatit 40 ml</p>
<p>Ierburi italiene dupa gust</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui pentru prajit</p>
<p>Ceapa 1 buc.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Radeti cartofii si morcovul, stoarceti bine lichidul format.</p>
<p>Adaugati in legume carne tocata, usturoi, sare, piper si boia.</p>

<p>Se amesteca bine ingredientele.</p>
<p>Formati chiftelute si prajiti-le aproximativ 5 minute intr-o tigaie incalzita cu ulei de floarea soarelui la foc iute.</p>

<p>Dupa aceea, scoateti-le din tigaie.</p>
<p>Ceapa se toaca marunt, se caleste in uleiul ramas de la chiftele pana devine aurie.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati amestecul de apa si sos de rosii, adaugati smantana, sare si ierburi italiene dupa gust.</p>

<p>In sosul preparat, adaugati chiftelutele si lasati-le la foc mic.</p>
