<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se piseaza bananele.</p>
<p>Fulgii de ovaz se maruntesc cu ajutorul unui maruntitor.</p>
<p>Amestecam bananele cu pudra de ovaz, cacao si apoi adaugam cafeaua instant dizolvata in apa fierbinte.</p>

<p>Puneti amestecul intr-o tava si pregatiti crema.</p>
<p>Amestecati mascarpone cu iaurt si miere si intindeti crema rezultata pe toata suprafata bazei pentru desert, apoi puneti-o la frigider pentru 1 ora.</p>
