<p>Suc de lamaie &#8211; 4 linguri</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 170 g</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Coaja de 1 lamaie</p>
<p>Ghimbir &#8211; un varf de cutit</p>
<p>Scortisoara &#8211; un varf de cutit</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; un praf</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>Lapte condensat &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>Suc de lamaie &#8211; 4 linguri</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Adaugati zaharul, un praf de sare in untul inmuiat si macinati cu o spatula pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Adaugati oul, sucul de lamaie, coaja de 1 lamaie si cate un praf de ghimbir si scortisoara.</p>
<p>Amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina cu praful de copt si se cern la restul ingredientelor.</p>

<p>Framantam aluatul.</p>
<p>Aluatul finit trebuie sa fie moale si lipicios.</p>
<p>O acoperim cu folie alimentara in contact si o dam la frigider pentru 1-2 ore, sau la congelator pentru 40 de minute, astfel incat sa devina mai densa si sa fie convenabil sa se formeze fursecuri.</p>

<p>In timp ce aluatul se raceste, pregatiti crema.</p>
<p>La laptele condensat (laptele condensat ar trebui sa fie de buna calitate: contine doar lapte si zahar), adaugati suc de lamaie si amestecati.</p>
<p>Acoperim crema finita cu folie alimentara si o dam la frigider pentru 1 ora sa se ingroase.</p>
<p>Scoatem aluatul racit din frigider si, cu ajutorul unei linguri, formati bile (diametru 2-3 cm) sau cu mainile unse cu ulei vegetal si intindeti-le pe o tava de copt acoperita cu hartie de copt.</p>

<p>Le trimitem la cuptor, incalzit la 180 de grade timp de 6-8 minute.</p>

<p>Pregatirea este verificata cu o scobitoare.</p>
<p>Lasati fursecurile gata sa se raceasca aproximativ 10 minute.</p>
<p>Mutam crema intr-o punga de patiserie, sau o punga, facem o taietura de 1 cm si umplem jumatati de prajituri.</p>

<p>Prajiturile noastre cu lamaie sunt gata!</p>

<p>Deasupra pot fi decorate cu ciocolata alba topita (adaugand doar putin ulei vegetal pentru a face consistenta mai fluida).</p>
