<p>Sare, piper si boia de ardei dulce &#8211; cate o lingurita</p>
<p>Fulgi de porumb 250 g + spray cu ulei optional</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati fileul de pui in bucati mai mici, asezonati cu sare si piper si lasati la frigider cel putin o ora, de preferinta peste noapte.</p>
<p>Pregatiti aluatul.</p>
<p>Se sparge oul intr-un bol, se adauga faina, laptele si sarea.</p>
<p>Amestecati totul impreuna.</p>
<p>Puneti bucatile de pui in aluatul pregatit.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron separat, zdrobiti fulgii de porumb in bucati mai mici.</p>
<p>Adaugati o lingurita de boia de ardei dulce si amestecati.</p>
<p>Inveliti fiecare bucata de carne in firimiturile pregatite pe toate partile.</p>

<p>Cand este gata, coaceti intr-o friteuza fara ulei timp de 10 minute la 185 de grade, intoarceti la jumatatea timpului de coacere sau la cuptor la 200 de grade pentru aproximativ 15 minute.</p>

<p>Pulverizati bucatile de carne aranjate cu ulei inainte de coacere si rasturnati-le la jumatatea timpului de coacere.</p>
