<p>80 ml ulei vegetal</p>
<p>10 g drojdie uscata</p>
<p>20 g zahar granulat</p>
<p>1/2 lingurita sare</p>
<p>100 g de unt topit</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>1 cartof mare</p>
<p>100 g branza (cheddar)</p>
<p>1 lingurita de piper negru macinat</p>
<p>o lingurita boia de ardei</p>
<p>1 lingurita sare</p>
<p>1 galbenus de ou de frecat</p>
<p>mac pentru decor</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron mai mare amestecam laptele, uleiul, apa, drojdia uscata, zaharul si ouale.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine si se pune faina cu sare.</p>
<p>Apoi pregatim cu mainile un aluat neted.</p>
<p>Se pune aluatul intr-un bol, se acopera cu folie alimentara si se lasa sa creasca.</p>
<p>Apoi il transferam pe un blat infainat, il turnam si il taiem in 6 parti egale.</p>
<p>Rulam fiecare parte, rulam pe o clatita.</p>
<p>Apoi le intindem pe fiecare cu unt topit si le punem una peste cealalta.</p>
<p>Acum vom pregati o umplutura de cartofi fierti.</p>
<p>Adaugati condimentele, sare si branza rasa la cartofi .</p>
<p>Clatite pe care le-am stratificat una peste alta impreuna cu unt topit.</p>

<p>Se aseaza pe o tava de copt acoperita cu hartie de copt si se taie prin centru in forma de stea.</p>
<p>Stratificati umplutura pregatita de-a lungul marginilor.</p>
<p>Apoi apucam fiecare triunghi de varf si il pliem spre exterior prin umplutura.</p>
