<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc.</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 300 ml</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 150 ml</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 2 lingurite.</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 600 ml</p>
<p>fructe de padure (afine, coacaze, zmeura, mure) &#8211; dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale si zaharul pana cand se deschid la culoare.</p>
<p>Topiti untul si adaugati laptele acolo.</p>

<p>Intr-un castron separat, amestecati faina cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se toarna amestecul de lapte-unt in oua, se adauga faina si se framanta pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Se toarna aluatul intr-o tava dreptunghiulara unsa cu unt de 25 x 35 cm, iar deasupra se presara fructele de padure.</p>
<p>(Originalul trebuia sa aiba afine. Am folosit coacaze negre &#8211; singura modalitate prin care pot face familia mea sa le manance).</p>

<p>Se coace la 175 de grade timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Se lasa sa se raceasca si se taie bucatele.</p>
