<p>Lapte 200 ml</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 120 ml</p>
<p>Fulgi de cocos 50 g</p>
<p>Faina de grau 350 g</p>
<p>Praf de copt lingura</p>
<p>Zmeura dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron adanc, amestecati ouale cu sare, zahar si zahar vanilat.</p>
<p>Bateti totul pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele la temperatura camerei si uleiul de floarea soarelui.</p>
<p>Adaugati nuca de cocos maruntita.</p>
<p>Adaugati faina de grau si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine toate ingredientele.</p>
<p>Acoperim tava cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Se toarna 3 sferturi din aluat.</p>
<p>Asezati fructele de padure.</p>

<p>Apoi turnati restul de aluat, distribuindu-l uniform.</p>
<p>Trimitem tava la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru 50 de minute.</p>
