<p>Piersici 250 g</p>
<p>Unt 50 g</p>
<p>Zahar 70 g</p>
<p>Oua 1 buc.</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat 8 g</p>
<p>Ulei de masline 50 ml</p>
<p>Lapte 100 ml</p>
<p>Faina de grau 160 g</p>
<p>Praf de copt 8 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati piersicile in 2 jumatati si indepartati samburele.</p>
<p>Se incalzeste untul intr-o tigaie, se adauga 1 lingura zahar si se caramelizeaza.</p>
<p>Aranjati piersicile intr-un singur strat, taiate in jos.</p>
<p>Gatiti fructele timp de 5 minute la foc mediu.</p>
<p>Amestecati oul cu zaharul ramas si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Se toarna ulei de masline si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Adaugati lapte, amestecati.</p>
<p>Se cerne apoi faina cu praful de copt si se framanta aluatul.</p>
<p>Turnati aluatul in tigaie peste piersici, incercand sa il distribuiti uniform.</p>

<p>Acoperiti tigaia cu un capac, lasati focul la mic si gatiti timp de 15 minute.</p>
<p>Intoarceti prajitura cu grija si gatiti inca 5 minute cu capacul pus.</p>
