<p>Praf de usturoi dupa gust sau usturoi proaspat</p>
<p>Oregano dupa gust</p>
<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui pentru prajit</p>
<p>Sare dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Razuiti dovleceii pe o razatoare grosiera, scurgeti excesul de lichid.</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza cu sare, se amesteca si se lasa 10 minute.</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa in cubulete mici si caliti-o in ulei vegetal intr-o tigaie pana se rumeneste.</p>
<p>Stoarceti dovleceii de lichid si trimite-i in tigaie cu ceapa.</p>
<p>Gatiti aproximativ 5 minute.</p>
<p>Puneti crema de branza in tigaie si amestecati.</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza cu usturoi si oregano si se amesteca pana se topeste branza.</p>
<p>Fierbeti cartofii pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Presarati sare, adaugati oul, smantana si amestecati.</p>
<p>Adaugati faina si framantati aluatul.</p>
<p>Presarati faina pe suprafata de lucru.</p>
<p>Modelati aluatul intr-o rulada si taiati-o in bucati.</p>

<p>Asezati umplutura pe jumatate, acoperiti cu aluat si ciupiti marginile.</p>
