<p>300 g zahar</p>
<p>varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>300 ml de chefir</p>
<p>150 ml ulei de floarea soarelui</p>
<p>15 g praf de copt</p>
<p>350 g de faina</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati ouale intr-un castron cu zaharul si un praf de sare. Bateti 3-4 minute cu mixerul la viteza maxima.</p>

Se toarna chefirul si uleiul vegetal in amestecul de oua. Se amesteca.</p>

Cernem faina si praful de copt in portii. Se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

Acoperiti tava sau vasul de copt cu hartie de copt. Se toarna aluatul uniform.</p>

Coaceti 40-45 de minute la 170 â. Tortul terminat este taiat in bucati si servit.</p>
