<p>Tort:</p>
<p>8 oua</p>
<p>160 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>160 g faina</p>
<p>1 pliculet mic praf de copt</p>
<p>gem si apa calda pentru insiropare dupa cum este necesar</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>2 pachete budinca de vanilie</p>
<p>700 ml lapte</p>
<p>300 g unt</p>
<p>200 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>2 pachete zahar vanilat</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zaharul pudra pana devin spumoase.</p>
<p>Adaugati unt moale, miere si smantana.</p>
<p>La final, adaugati ingredientele uscate amestecate.</p>
<p>Faceti un aluat neted, impartiti-l in doua jumatati si rulati fiecare parte intr-o foaie mai subtire.</p>
<p>Se coace pe cealalta parte a tavii, se unge putin unt si se presara cu faina.</p>
<p>Coacem la 180 de grade aproximativ 8-10 minute.</p>

<p>Se lasa sa se raceasca pe o suprafata uniforma.</p>
<p>Batem albusurile spuma cu zaharul pana se intaresc, apoi adaugam treptat cate un galbenus si amestecam bine de fiecare data.</p>
<p>Se adauga apa si la final faina amestecata cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se coace intr-o tava mai inalta la 180 de grade timp de 20-25 de minute.</p>
<p>Cat timp prajitura este inca fierbinte, se toarna gemul amestecat cu apa calduta.</p>

<p>Se lasa prajitura turnata la racit in tava.</p>
<p>Amestecati praful de budinca in lapte si gatiti o budinca groasa, lasati-o sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron, amestecati untul cu zaharul vanilat si zaharul pudra, adaugati putin cate putin crema racita si amestecati.</p>

<p>Intindem foaia cu jumatate din crema, punem peste ea punch-ul din gem, intindem din nou crema si punem foaia pe ea.</p>
