<p>ulei &#8211; 120 ml</p>
<p>faina simpla &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 12 g</p>
<p>nuci macinate &#8211; 60 g</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 100 ml</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 800 ml</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 2 pliculete</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 5 linguri</p>
<p>galbenusuri &#8211; 2 buc.</p>
<p>amidon de porumb &#8211; 4 linguri</p>
<p>ciocolata alba &#8211; 60 g</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 40 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti ouale, zaharul vanilat si zaharul intr-un bol si bateti pana devin spumoase.</p>
<p>Apoi amestecati laptele, uleiul si la final amestecati faina si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Amestecati aluatul, adaugati nuca macinata si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Tapetati o tava de copt de 40&#215;30 cm cu hartie de copt si turnati peste ea aluatul, pe care il intindeti uniform cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Puneti tava la cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C si coaceti timp de 25 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa ce s-a racit scoatem hartia de copt si decupam 2 bucati egale cu o margine de tort de 30&#215;20 centimetri.</p>

<p>Taiati marunt resturile ramase.</p>
<p>Intr-o cratita puneti laptele, galbenusurile de ou, zaharul vanilat, zaharul si amidonul si amestecati pana se dizolva.</p>
<p>Apoi fierbeti totul cu amestecare constanta pana la o consistenta de crema.</p>

<p>Scoatem oala de pe aragaz, adaugam untul si ciocolata alba si amestecam pana se topesc.</p>
<p>Puneti o foaie de aluat ca baza a prajiturii, insiropati cu 50 de mililitri de lapte si puneti deasupra jumatate din crema.</p>
<p>Se acopera cu a doua foaie, se insiropeaza si ea cu 50 de mililitri de lapte si se aplica restul de crema.</p>

<p>Se presara apoi uniform cu aluat maruntit si se da la frigider pentru 3 ore sa se intareasca.</p>
