<p>Oua &#8211; 6 bucati</p>
<p>Mere &#8211; 3 bucati</p>
<p>Bicarbonat de sodiu &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Sare &#8211; pe varful unui cutit</p>
<p>Apa clocotita &#8211; 1-2 linguri</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron, combinati zaharul, untul, ouale, iaurtul sau chefirul si sarea pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Adaugati bicarbonat de sodiu cu apa clocotita (sau otet). Amestecati. Se adauga faina.</p>
<p>Se intinde aluatul pe o tava in care am pus hartie de copt si se intinde uniform.</p>
<p>Feliati merele cu coaja si asezati-le pe tort.</p>
<p>Puneti in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 C timp de aproximativ 20-30 de minute. Verificati coacerea cu o scobitoare.</p>
<p>O alta reteta asemanatoare:</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Taiati merele in felii sau cuburi. Pentru a preveni inegrirea lor, stropiti cu zeama de lamaie.</p>
<p>Bateti ouale in spuma, adaugati praf de copt, miere lichida si bateti din nou.</p>
<p>Daca este necesar, topiti mierea intr-o baie de abur.</p>
<p>Adaugati smantana in amestecul de oua si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati faina cernuta. Principalul lucru este sa amestecati cu o spatula de sus in jos, nu printr-o miscare circulara.</p>
<p>Ungeti forma cu unt si presarati putina faina.</p>
<p>Asezati felii de mere pe fundul formei si turnati aluatul. Puteti sa adaugati fructe si in aluat.</p>
<p>Se coace 35-40 de minute la 180 de grade. Nu deschideti usa cuptorului.</p>
