<p>Sare 80 g</p>
<p>Zahar 200 g</p>
<p>Otet 100 ml</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se macina 3 kg de rosii intr-un blender sau masina de tocat carne.</p>

<p>Puneti-le pe foc.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar si sare, fierbeti rosiile timp de jumatate de ora la foc mic.</p>
<p>La sfarsitul gatitului, turnati otetul, amestecati si fierbeti inca 1 minut.</p>
<p>Se spala restul rosiilor si se face o incizie in forma de X langa tulpina.</p>

<p>Puenti o oala mare cu apa pe foc si fierbeti rosiile timp de aproximativ 1 minut.</p>
<p>Cel mai bine este sa o faceti in loturi.</p>
<p>Apoi indepartati coaja.</p>

<p>Aranjati rosiile in borcane, umpleti-le cu suc preparat.</p>
<p>Acoperiti borcanele cu capace si sterilizati-le intr-o cratita timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa aceea, strangeti capacele, intoarceti borcanele si lasati-le la racit.</p>
