<p>Apa 1,5 l</p>
<p>Sare 1lingura</p>
<p>Zahar 200 g</p>
<p>Otet 100 ml</p>
<p>Frunze de dafin 3 buc.</p>
<p>Piper negru (boabe) dupa gust</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se spala si se usuca rosiile.</p>
<p>Faceti doua intepaturi pe ele cu o furculita langa tulpina si puneti-le in borcane.</p>

<p>Peste rosii se toarna apa clocotita si se lasa 10-15 minute.</p>

<p>Apoi scurgeti apa intr-o cratita, adaugati sare, zahar, dafin si boabe de piper negru.</p>

<p>Aduceti amestecul la fiert si gatiti inca 2 minute.</p>
<p>Luati marinada de pe foc, turnati imediat otetul si amestecati.</p>
<p>Se toarna marinada peste rosii, se lasa 5-7 minute si se inchide capacele.</p>

<p>Intoarceti borcanele, infasurati si lasati-le sa se raceasca.</p>
