<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>300 ml lapte caldut;</p>
<p>500 gr faina;</p>
<p>un ou;</p>
<p>o lingurita de drojdie;</p>
<p>o lingura de zahar;</p>
<p>o jumatate de lingurita de sare;</p>
<p>200 g branza de vaci;</p>
<p>200 g branza;</p>
<p>50 g ceapa verde;</p>
<p>ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Turnati 300 ml de lapte cald intr-un recipient.</p>
<p>Adaugati o lingurita de drojdie si o lingura de zahar.</p>
<p>Se amesteca cu o spatula pana se dizolva zaharul.</p>
<p>Spargeti un ou si separati albusul de galbenus.</p>
<p>In amestecul nostru, este nevoie doar de albus, puneti-l in restul ingredientelor din recipient.</p>
<p>Adaugati 80 ml de ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Se amesteca, se adauga o jumatate de lingurita de sare si se procedeaza la adaugarea fainii.</p>
<p>Facem acest lucru in doua etape.</p>
<p>Obtinem o masa fara bulgari.</p>
<p>Framantam aluatul timp de 2-3 minute.</p>
<p>Nu se lipeste de maini si este foarte moale.</p>
<p>Se acopera cu un prosop si se lasa cateva minute.</p>

<p>Incepem sa pregatim umplutura.</p>
<p>Pentru a face acest lucru, radem branza pe o razatoare grosiera si o combinam cu branza de vaci.</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa si trimiteti-o la branza de vaci.</p>
<p>Amestecam.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in patru bucati.</p>
<p>Intindeti cu un sucitor in straturi subtiri.</p>
<p>Ungeti jumatate din aluatul intins cu ulei vegetal, pliati in jumatate si umpleti cu umplutura marginea lunga.</p>

<p>Intoarcem partile laterale spre centru si formam o rola.</p>

<p>Se transfera pe o tava de copt unsa in prealabil cu ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>De sus acoperim produsele cu galbenus cu apa.</p>
<p>Puteti stropi cu seminte de susan daca doriti.</p>

<p>O trimitem la cuptor, preincalzit la 180 de grade, timp de 25 de minute.</p>
