<p>Ingrediente (pentru o tava cu diametrul de 23 cm):</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 320 g</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>putina sare</p>
<p>drojdie uscata &#8211; 1 lingurita</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>galbenus &#8211; 1 buc.</p>
<p>lapte sau apa &#8211; 100 ml</p>
<p>gris &#8211; 1 lingura</p>
<p>Pentru umplere:</p>
<p>coacaze negre 300 g</p>
<p>zahar 3 linguri</p>
<p>amidon 2 linguri</p>
<p>+ ou pentru unge blatul placintei inainte de coacere</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pentru a pregati aluatul, combinati faina cu zaharul, sarea, zaharul vanilat si drojdia uscata.</p>
<p>Adaugati unt rece, ras sau taiat cubulete.</p>

<p>Frecati totul in firimituri cu mainile.</p>
<p>Separat, combinati galbenusul cu lapte sau apa.</p>
<p>Se toarna amestecul lichid si se framanta un aluat elastic nelipicios.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul finit intr-o punga alimentara si lasati 20-30 de minute la frigider.</p>
<p>Separati aproximativ o treime din aluat pentru blatul placintei.</p>
<p>Intindeti cea mai mare parte intr-un strat subtire.</p>
<p>Transferati aluatul intr-o forma unsa, formand parti laterale (aproximativ 2 centimetri).</p>
<p>Lasati aluatul in forma inca 15-20 de minute la frigider.</p>
<p>Apoi se intinde gris pe toata suprafata aluatului si se intinde umplutura.</p>

<p>Pentru umplutura, clatiti coacazele negre, uscati-le putin.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar, amidon si amestecati.</p>

<p>Inchideti partea de sus a placintei cu aluatul ramas (intindeti aluatul, taiati fasii si faceti o impletitura din ele).</p>
<p>Se unge cu un ou, se coace in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pana se rumeneste (aproximativ 20 de minute).</p>

<p>Lasati placinta terminata sa se raceasca complet.</p>
