<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Intr-o cratita amestecam faina de grau cu 200 g zahar.</p>
<p>Adaugam ouale.</p>
<p>Amestecam totul pana la o masa omogena.</p>

<p>Introducem 600 g de smantana.</p>
<p>Din nou, amestecati bine toate ingredientele folosind un tel.</p>
<p>Trimitem masa rezultata la un foc moderat.</p>

<p>Intindem crema deasupra, distribuind-o uniform.</p>
<p>Continuam sa alternam straturile.</p>

<p>Eu am obtinut 4 starturi de biscuiti si 3 de crema.</p>
<p>Se toarna pudra de cacao si 100 g de zahar intr-o cratita.</p>
<p>Adaugati restul de smantana.</p>
<p>Amestecam bine.</p>
<p>Trimitem la un foc moderat.</p>
<p>Gatiti pana da in clocot, amestecand energic.</p>
<p>Apoi scoatem de pe foc.</p>
<p>In masa rezultata, introducem 60 g de unt inmuiat.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul pana la omogenizare.</p>
